At Zrato, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in our refund and cancellation processes. Please review the following terms carefully:
7-Day Trial Period (For Enrolled Learners):
All students enrolled in a course batch are entitled to a 7-day trial period starting from the date of course activation. During this trial period:
- Learners may cancel their enrollment for any reason.
- If cancellation is requested within this period, refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable registration fee.
- Live sessions will not be available during the trial period.
- Access to the batch and full course schedule will begin only after the complete course payment is made.
No Refunds After the Trial Period:
Once the 7-day trial period ends, no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation level, course progress, or attendance in sessions.
- This policy applies strictly to students who have enrolled in a batch.
- Students exploring the Zrato platform without enrolling in a batch are not covered under this refund structure.
Plan Downgrade Option
Learners who choose not to continue with the full-service plan after the trial period may request a downgrade to the recorded-only version of the course. In such cases:
- The registration fee will be deducted.
- The price difference between the original plan and the downgraded plan will be
refunded. - This downgrade option is available only once and must be requested within the course
duration.
Please note that downgrading does not result in immediate full access to all recorded content.
Content Release Schedule
For all learners, including those on downgraded plans:
- Recorded content is released progressively on a weekly basis, aligned with Zrato’s structured two-month curriculum.
- Learners will not receive all modules at once to preserve the integrity of the guided learning experience.
Installment Payments
Installment payment options are available for selected plans and are structured based on the course duration (e.g., two months for the Basic Machine Learning Program), not based on the total web platform access time.
Note : Installment options are available only for service packages (advanced and ELITE Plan).
The course fee must be paid in full before the trial period ends. No installment plans are applicable for the course fee.
